What does the intralogistics system implement?
1. Package identification - read barcode
Order identification, total product weight and destination for courier.
2. Determining weight - checking the total weight of the products in accordance with the customer's order. Weighing is done at speeds of 2 meters per second.
In case of discrepancy, the package is removed from the system in order to check the content in correlation with the order.
3. Introduction to the logistics system in order to process the order
Sending to the workplace for filling in the blanks (bubble wrap), entering documents (invoice, list of items) and sealing.
4. Complete the processing in order for the courier to take over the weight verification, sealing - plastic strap, application of the recipient label - for the courier.

If the weight is within the given tolerances, the product goes further.
If the weight is not compliant, the product is rejected on the non-compliant line. After the product has entered the non-compliant line, its weight is filled in and it is introduced back on the line by the infeed conveyor.
